CELLAR TASTING NOTES
Aromatic A blend of red currants, pie cherries, and a hint of eucalyptus, ready intensity that combines fruit and oak as the wine airs after opening.
Texture Richness developing to velvet with weigh-
tiness that bears the degree of ripeness of the fruit
at harvest.
Flavor Tart, dark, red cherry and Damson plum
full palate, no blanks or profile holes.
Finish Fine tannins that will gracefully age the wine while youthful flavors and aromas develop subtle complexity and refinement, long and very memorable.
